SPORTS LOVERS CAMP
This travel camp is for the ultimate sports enthusiast! Campers will be celebrating their favorite Detroit sports teams by touring venues such as Ford Field and Joe Louis Arena. Guided tours will take us to places including locker rooms, press boxes and the even the playing field. When campers are not experiencing life as a famous athlete, they will be engaged in a variety of sports activities throughout the week. If the schedule permits, campers will cheer on our Detroit Tigers from the stands during an afternoon game!

Picasso meets Albert Einstien…Arts and Science Week
This week campers will have the opportunity to explore art and science. We will tour several different measumes, science centers and hands on exhibits. Campers will also be challenged by art and science projects.

Hiking, Biking and Geocashing… Oh My!
Everyday will be a new and exciting adventure! Campers will be challenged by different activities throughout the week. Indoors campers may overcome a high ropes course and conquer a rock climbing wall. Campers can enjoy the outdoors while participating in activities such as canoeing, geocashing, hiking and biking.

Workreation Camp
Campers will have a wonderful opportunity to explore a variety of careers. Have you ever wondered what it is like to work in the medical field or restaurant business? This week campers will think to the future by visiting places and meeting professionals within our community. Along with engaging their minds, campers will also have the opportunity to engage their bodies through swimming and games.

OOEY, GOOEY ART CAMP
This camp brings out the creativity in you. Let it show as you have fun working on a variety of ooey and gooey art projects. Be prepared to get messy and have lots of fun!

The Theater Experience!
Awaken your curiosity about the performing arts. This week at camp we will explore many different areas of the performing arts. Including plays, skits, T.V. shows, impove, make-up, theaters, costumes, and much more. You don’t have to be a professional to join camp this week. We are looking for kids who want to have fun!

Circus Camp
Ever think of joining the circus? Here’s your chance! You’ll get to try everything and then focus on your favorites: juggling, pogo sticking, unicycling, plate spinning, pyramids, clowning acts, stilt walking, gymnastics and acrobatics. You and the other circus performers will put together a final show for your invited guests on Friday, complete with costumes, and clown make-up. “Coach” Matt Bauer (your Ringmaster) has been teaching physical education, woodworking, gardening and Big Top skills at Oakland Steiner School for 5 years. He has experience with coaching volleyball, softball, baseball, and football in his home community. He will soon complete his 5-year training at Spatial Dynamics Institute.

Parents must sign camp waiver form. Arrive 15 minutes early on the first day. Campers provide their own lunch and beverage. Camp is held at Oakland Steiner School, 3976 S. Livernois (corner of South Blvd.), Rochester Hills.
