Participants will be involved in yoga poses, breathing exercises and deep relaxation. The class will also include interactive games to promote social interaction. Topics will include mindfulness, compassion for others and meditation. These practices work together to balance physiological and cognitive functions, enhancing physical, cognitive, emotional and social development. Participants should wear loose, comfortable clothing and you will need to bring your own yoga mat.
