Day Camp Registration Information
Saturday, April 14, 9-11am
Stoney Creek High School
Camp Rocky Road, Camp Moosetracks, Teen Camp, Camp Caribou, Specialty Camps, Sports Camp, and Travel Camps
You will need to bring the following information with you to registration:
- List of camps you want to register for.
- Payment: Visa, MC, Discover, Cash, Check
- Medical Information, Insurance Information, Emergency Contact Information, Date of last Tetanus Shot, Child’s Doctor Name, address, and phone number.
Some camps have special registration procedures like SCAMP. Please call the RARA Office and ask to speak to Melissa Humbyrd for more information.
Camp Refund Policy:
- All Camps cancelled by RARA are refunded in full.
- Refund policy for the camps listed above are as follows:
- When RARA is notified at least two weeks before the start of camp, a full refund, less $5 processing fee will be given.
- When less than two weeks notice, but before the first day of camp, there will be a 75% refund given.
- When notified after camp begins, but before the second day, there will be a 50% refund given.
- There are no refunds given after the second day of camp.
